Our website and/or service has no intention in collecting data about website visitors younger than sixteen years of age. Unless they have permission by their parent(s) or guardian(s). • To deliver goods or products at your address
• Abstracta also processes personal records if we are bounded by law to do so. For example when we need them for our tax return.

Abstracta doesn’t make decisions based on automated processing about information that can have (major) consequences for persons. This is about decisions that are taken by computer system’s or programs without the approval of a fellow worker of Abstracta.

How long do we keep personal records

Abstracta doesn’t keep your personal records longer than necessary to carry out the agreement for what we need your personal records. We handle the following terms for keeping the following (categories) of personal records.

Customer data, such as personal details, address and purchase history are stored for 30 years to enable repeat purchases, re-upholstery and the like. The products of Abstracta have a long lifespan. We always want to offer our customers good customer service.

Sharing personal records with third parties

Abstracta shares your personal records with a third party if this is necessary for processing the agreement and to comply with legal obligations. With Companies that process your personal records in our orders, we have a processor agreement to ensure they carry the same level of safeguarding for your personal records. Abstracta stays responsible for the processing of these records.
