De Machinekamer is a new and vintage design furniture store in the former garage of the Bruynzeel factory in Zaandam (The Netherlands). Recently we opened a new store in Utrecht. In our showrooms you can find various configurations of the Abstraca System. We are happy to help you compose your Abstracta cabinet system.

Public transport

De Machinekamer is a 20-minute walk away from train station Zaandam. Head south at Zaandam Station and follow the provincial road / N203. Turn right to the Pieter Ghijsenlaan and then right to the Stormhoek.

 

Car

De Machinekamer is located in the new home furnishing area of Zaandam. You can find De Machinekamer at the back of the Karwei/Vrijbuiten, close to furniture store Loods 5. You are able to park your car for free in front of our store!

 

Accessibility showroom Utrecht

Public transport

The shop is a 3-minute walk from bus stop and tram stop Kanaaleiland-Zuid. From Utrecht Station it is fifteen minutes by bus 63, 65, 74, 81, 160 and 161. The express tram line 60/61 also stops here.

Car

The store is located near exit 17 of the A12. From Europaboulevard, save the furniture boulevard. On the Hollantlaan, take the first exit on the right, onto the Vrieslantlaan. The Nieuw Amsterdamlaan is the second side street on the right. Free parking is available nearby!

Corona update!

Our stores are open again. We ask everyone to keep 1.5 meters apart and to pay with PIN as much as possible. We can also be reached by phone and email during opening hours. Of course you can also shop online.
